Greek yogurt 2%<\/p>\n<p>300g. All purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>300g. wheat flour<\/p>\n<p>2 sachets of dried yeast or normal biological<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<td><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat the oven to 190C.<\/p>\n<p>2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and yeast until all the ingredients become a homogenized mixture.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the yogurt and egg beaten and begin to knead until a soft ball.<\/p>\n<p>4. Put the dough on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Make small cuts with a knife and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
