Many people are interested in eating healthy, however due to time constraints they often find themselves turning to ready-made meals from take-away or fast food restaurants. Due to this demand for healthier meals, many food establishments have now added healthy options to their menus.

Our Center undertakes the planning of nutritionally balanced menus for kindergartens, schools, bakeries, companies and restaurants. We also manage the nutritional analysis of recipes (calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins).

Our recent collaborators include the Wok N Roll restaurants, Reguardo Bakery, SKE Germasogeia and Mesa Geitonia, Kidsperience Children’s Center and more.
