Athletes have very high energy requirements due to their intense and prolonged physical activity and due to their high metabolism which is a result of their particularly high percentage of muscle mass.

We undertake the creation of scientific nutrition plans, based on healthy eating patterns, in order to increase muscle mass, energy and athletic performance.

We set targets depending on the sport, training intensity and the anthropometric measurements for athletes and re-evaluate the athlete on a regular basis.
